How to Return +
Request a return label — Email us to obtain your prepaid return shipping label where applicable.
Prepare your package — Include all original packaging, packing slips, and diamond certificates. Missing certificates incur a €250 replacement fee per certificate.
Ship via DHL — Do not write "jewelry" or "diamonds" on the outside of the package.

Glorion ships worldwide from Athens, Greece.
For customers outside Greece, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
