REFUND POLICY

1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. How to Return an Order
Request a Return Label:
Email support@glorionjewelry.eu to obtain your prepaid return shipping label (where applicable).

Prepare Your Package:
Include all original packaging, packing slips, and diamond certificates. Missing diamond certificates will result in a €250 replacement fee per certificate.

For resizing requests, certificates do not need to be returned.

For security reasons, do not write “jewelry” or “diamonds” on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return:
Drop off your parcel at an authorized courier location.
3. Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@glorionjewelry.eu so we can resolve the matter efficiently.
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-designed or special order products • Personalized fine jewelry (e.g., name necklaces) • Gift cards • Sale or discounted items marked final sale • Items outside the 30-day return window • Previously exchanged items • Engraved fine jewelry (engraved rings may be returned with a €40 engraving removal fee) • Items modified after production or delivery (resizing, re-engraving, stone replacement, structural alterations)

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase.

Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired piece.
6. International Returns
For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs are not covered under our free return policy.

International customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
7. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received, GLORION’s Quality Assurance team will inspect it.

Inspection typically takes up to five business days from receipt.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact support@glorionjewelry.eu.
